From Timeless eternity Spirit manifested from Pure Formless Awareness and involved into matter. Matter transcended itself to life, life transcended to mind.

At some point the same process occured in a being called Jeff.  I was born, I grew from archaic minded infant, to magic thinking toddler, to mythic conformist, then up to rational thinker.
Through many fits and starts a deeper intuitive mind grew out of and beyond pure rationality. I learned to take new perpectives, see truths beyond flatland science.
And then I discovered the Integral model and learned to integrate these perspectives.

I would not call myself Enlightened, but I have had some satori of extreme clarity and I have felt deep within my being that that I Am within me is the very same I Am within all people, within all conscious beings, within all of manifestation, and that it is the formless ground of all, and that which manifests into all the varied forms.

I am both one of these forms and the pure awareness that witnesses them all arise.

My goal is to help all of humanity realize their human-divine nature, to help preserve the health of the entire spiral of development, and to bring an integrally informed clarity and purpose to my every moment, helping to really be the change I wish to see in the world, in all four quadrants.

And I am eager to meet others who see similar visions and are called to the same mission.

On the manifest side, I am:

- A World of Warcraft “addict.”
- A big Washington Capitals hockey fan.
